Why Run a Health Check
NetSuite environments degrade over time. Scripts accumulate without documentation. Roles get cloned and modified without review. Integrations break silently. Saved searches multiply. A health check identifies what has drifted, what is creating risk, and what needs attention before it becomes a problem during close, during audit, or during a system upgrade.

How to Use This Checklist
Run through this quarterly. Assign an owner to each section. Document findings and create a prioritized remediation plan. The goal is not to fix everything at once. The goal is to know where you stand and address the highest-risk items first.
How We Deliver Health Checks
A SixStrong health check is not a generic questionnaire. It is a structured review conducted by someone with deep NetSuite expertise who examines your actual configuration, scripts, roles, and workflows. We look at how your system is being used, not just how it was set up.
The output is organized and actionable. You receive a prioritized list of findings with clear recommendations, estimated effort, and business impact. We collaborate with your team to understand context before making recommendations. A field that looks unused might be critical to a quarterly process we have not seen yet.
After the health check, we are available to help execute. Through StrongSupport, your team gets ongoing access to address findings at a pace that works for your organization. Scale up when you have budget and bandwidth. Scale down when things are stable.
If you want a professional assessment with prioritized recommendations, we offer a free health check scorecard that covers all six areas above with a written report and action plan.
