When pricing changes—annual increases, promotional adjustments, or contract renewals—updating customer-specific pricing in NetSuite is tedious. Doing it one customer at a time is error-prone and time-consuming, especially with hundreds or thousands of pricing records.
We built a bulk pricing update tool that lets you select customers by criteria, define price changes (percentage, fixed amount, or new price), set effective dates, and apply changes in a single operation with full audit logging.
The tool queries existing pricing based on your filters, previews proposed changes for review, and applies approved updates in batch. All changes are logged with before/after values for audit purposes.
