Converting time entries, expenses, and other billable events into charge records for invoicing requires manual effort in standard NetSuite. This creates delays in billing and risks missed charges when the process depends on someone remembering to create them.
We automated charge record creation so billable events generate corresponding charges without manual intervention. Rules define which activities create charges, at what rates, and charges are ready for invoicing as soon as work is recorded.
