Setting up new customers involves multiple steps across different people—creating records, setting up billing, configuring access, scheduling kickoffs. Without a structured process, steps get missed and customers have inconsistent experiences.
We implemented an onboarding workflow that guides new customer setup through defined steps, assigns tasks to responsible parties, tracks completion, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
When a new customer is created, the system generates an onboarding checklist based on customer type. Tasks are assigned to appropriate team members with due dates, and progress is visible on a central dashboard.

Clear task ownership and accountability
Visibility into onboarding status and bottlenecks
Reduced time to complete customer setup
