When contracts are sent for signature via DocuSign, tracking their status requires logging into DocuSign separately. Sales and finance need visibility into signature status directly in NetSuite, where the related opportunity or customer record lives.
We integrated DocuSign status updates into NetSuite so signature events—sent, viewed, signed, declined—are captured on the related NetSuite record. Teams see contract status without leaving NetSuite.
DocuSign webhook notifications push status updates to NetSuite, where they're logged against the related record. Custom fields display current status, and a history sublist shows all signature events.
