Getting approvals through NetSuite requires approvers to log in, navigate to the record, and click approve. For busy executives or field personnel, this friction delays approvals and creates bottlenecks in time-sensitive processes.
We enabled email-based approvals where approvers receive an email with transaction details and can approve or reject with a single click—no NetSuite login required. The decision is recorded with full audit trail.
When approval is needed, the system sends an email with secure approve/reject links. Clicking the link records the decision in NetSuite and advances the workflow. The approver receives confirmation without ever logging in.
