When employees leave, there's a checklist of actions: disable access, reassign records, notify relevant parties, process final pay. Done manually, steps get missed—creating security risks and compliance issues.
We automated the offboarding process so setting a termination date triggers a structured workflow: access is disabled on the appropriate date, tasks are assigned for record reassignment, and notifications go to relevant stakeholders.
When an employee's termination date is set, scheduled processes handle access changes on that date. Tasks are automatically created for IT, HR, and the employee's manager with clear ownership and due dates.
Automatic access termination on last day
Consistent offboarding process for all employees
Clear task assignment for exit activities
Reduced security risk from forgotten access removal
