When opportunities close, someone needs to create the project, copy relevant information, and notify the delivery team. This handoff is often manual, leading to delays, missed information, and gaps between what was sold and what gets delivered.
We automated opportunity-to-project conversion so when deals close, projects are created automatically with information from the opportunity—scope, budget, contacts, and timeline—and delivery teams are notified immediately.
When an opportunity moves to closed-won, the system creates a linked project record populated from opportunity fields. Project templates can be applied based on opportunity type. Notifications alert the delivery team.
