Standard NetSuite project reports require running multiple saved searches and piecing together information. Project managers and executives need a consolidated view of project health—budget vs. actual, schedule status, margin, and key metrics—without assembling it manually.
We built a custom dashboard that consolidates project performance metrics in a single view. Budget status, cost tracking, billing progress, and margin analysis are visible at a glance, with drill-down capability to underlying details.
The dashboard pulls from project records, transactions, and custom calculations to present real-time KPIs. Filters allow viewing by project manager, customer, status, or date range. Clicking metrics drills into supporting detail.
