Project documents—contracts, deliverables, correspondence—need to be accessible to project teams, but NetSuite's file cabinet isn't organized for project-based access. Files end up scattered or in personal folders, making them hard to find.
We implemented project-based document organization that automatically structures file storage by project, with consistent folder hierarchies and easy access from project records.
When projects are created, folder structures are generated automatically. Files uploaded to projects go to appropriate folders. A custom file browser on project records provides easy access to all project documents.
