When quotes are rejected, there's usually no structured process to capture why. Rejection reasons go into free-text notes or aren't captured at all, making it impossible to analyze lost business and improve quote success rates.
We implemented a quote rejection workflow that captures structured rejection reasons, notifies relevant parties, and feeds analytics on quote loss patterns.
When quotes are rejected, users select from defined rejection reasons and can add notes. The rejection triggers notifications to sales management and logs data for reporting on why quotes are lost.
