In multi-subsidiary environments, users must select the correct subsidiary on every transaction. Wrong selections cause posting errors, audit issues, and cleanup work. Default subsidiary settings don't account for all the context available.
We built intelligent subsidiary selection that sets the entity based on available context—the user's default, the customer's primary subsidiary, the project's entity, or other business rules.
When transactions are created, logic evaluates available context and sets the subsidiary appropriately. Users can override when needed, but the intelligent default reduces errors and speeds data entry.
